Terms of Service

Lunichor is a desktop application and Roblox Studio plugin that uses third-party AI models to read, edit, and verify code in your Roblox projects. The service includes the desktop app, the Studio plugin, this website, and the backend services that connect them.

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and comply with the terms of Discord and Roblox. Access requires one Discord account and one Roblox account linked together, and the Studio plugin must run under the same Roblox account you linked.

One person per account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer access, and do not attempt to bypass the account linking system.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Lunichor app and plugin to build your own Roblox experiences. You may not redistribute the app, resell access, extract credentials or provider access from it, or reverse engineer it except where the law gives you that right regardless of this term.

Lunichor uses AI models that can produce incorrect, incomplete, or insecure code. The app runs verification steps (linting, simulation, Studio output checks), but no verification is a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing changes and for the games you publish.

Code generated in response to your prompts is yours. We claim no ownership of it. Your use of generated code in published games must comply with Roblox's own rules.

Paid features are billed through Stripe as token purchases or subscriptions. Prices may change with notice. Our Refund Policy governs refunds. Chargebacks or payment abuse may suspend your account while reviewed.

You may not use Lunichor to:

break the law; build or distribute cheats or exploits targeting other people's games; harass or harm others; violate Roblox or Discord terms; attack, overload, or probe our infrastructure; farm accounts or downloads; or misrepresent AI output as human-reviewed work where review is required.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account data (see the Privacy Policy).

Lunichor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any AI model provider. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
